MTN Bushfire has been awarded the Gold Star for Best Responsible Event in Africa.
The Responsible Tourism Awards held in Cape Town, South Africa is part of the World Responsible Tourism Awards.
The music event, held in Swaziland every year, seeks to celebrate creative expression while stimulating the economy and drawing talent and tourism from across Africa and around the world.

Named Africa’s Top Festival by the BBC, one of the 7 African must-attend festivals by CNN, MTN Bushfire has lived up to its billing, growing in attendance every year.
Some of the artists set to perform this year include African legend Hugh Masekela, South African global exports GoodLuck, Kwesta, and Matthew Mole, pan-African stars Jah Prayzah, Faada Freddy, Chico Antonio, Femi Koya, and Jojo Abot.

The winners of the World Responsible Tourism Awards will be announced in May.
